Glory Decene, Director of Nursing

Glory became a Registered Nurse after attending Atlantic Union College in Lancaster. She has resided in Clinton since 1983 and is excited to serve the residents and patients at River Terrace. Glory truly has an open door policy and encourages her nursing staff, our residents, and their loved ones to come by her office to discuss how she and her team can better assist you.

Tara DeWitte, BOM/Admissions Director

Tara started with the company as a part time receptionist and worked at River Terrace for over four years in her current role. She finds true joy in being able to help families and residents through the transition process into a Skilled Nursing Facility for either short term rehabilitation or long term care. While not at work she is studying for a degree in Business Administration at Fitchburg State University and enjoys working in her garden.

Michelle Jones, Community Liaison

Michelle is a native to Central Massachusetts, having grown up in Clinton and residing in Lancaster for the past twenty-one years. She graduated from Worcester Technical Institute, as a certified Medical Assistant. Michelle has worked in the healthcare field for the past thirty-five years, having been employed at a local HMO, Medical Billing & Software Company, Hospital, Continuing Care Retirement Community, Assisted Livings, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Amanda Bairos, R.N. and Nurse Liaison

Amanda has been working in healthcare for the past eleven years and is bilingual. She began as a floor nurse, charge nurse, and admissions prior to becoming a liaison. Amanda attended Mount Wachusett Community College and is currently enrolled at Chamberlin for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Amanda is well versed in various levels of care.
