A <a href=\"\/\">nursing home<\/a> with five stars is considered to be \u201cmuch above average\u201d quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAchieving excellence is a continuous process, and our five-star rating is a meaningful milestone in that journey,\u201d said Samson Girmay, administrator at River Terrace Rehab. \u201cThis overall score, as well as our above average rating in health inspections and quality measures, reflects the consistent and individualized attention we provide to each and every one of our residents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>River Terrace is certified by the American Heart Association for <a href=\"https:\/\/riverterracerehab.com\/heart-failure-certification\/\">heart failure care<\/a> and provides qualitative cardiac rehabilitation services.
