River Terrace featured in the Telegram & Gazette’s “Medical Memos” column

We are proud to have received the Eli Pick Facility Leadership Award from the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA), a nonprofit professional association for post-acute and aging services leaders.

Every year, the ACHCA recognizes top-performing skilled nursing facilities across the country through the Eli Pick Facility Leadership award. Top-performers are identified through MDS quality indicators, occupancy, and three years of survey data. The ACHCA believes that facility excellence is a reflection of leadership excellence, and the purpose of the award is to recognize administrators of these facilities.

“It is an honor to be recognized by the ACHCA given that only 11 percent of skilled nursing facilities nationwide qualify,” said our very own Miatta Green, Administrator here at River Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. “We will keep working hard to ensure we remain a leader in skilled nursing and continue to provide our community with excellent care.”
